DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

MachineryDocs respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. §512.

MachineryDocs is a platform where independent contributors upload User Content. We do not pre-screen uploads and do not control the nature of User Content made available through the platform; responsibility for uploaded material rests with the contributor who uploaded it. Any infringing material uploaded by users is incidental to the operation of the platform and is not part of our business model.

We respond expeditiously to valid DMCA notices reporting alleged copyright infringement.

Submitting a copyright notice (DMCA §512(c)(3))

If you believe that material hosted on or accessible through MachineryDocs infringes your copyright, submit a notice using the form below (or by email to primosnegocios2@gmail.com), including:

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • identification of the infringing material and its URL or location;
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • your physical or digital signature.

Providing false information may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously.

Counter-notification (DMCA §512(g))

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice to primosnegocios2@gmail.com including: identification of the removed material and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to error or misidentification; your full legal name, address, telephone number and email; and your physical or digital signature. If a valid counter-notice is received, access to the material may be restored after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringer policy (DMCA §512(i))

MachineryDocs suspends or terminates the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain internal records of all DMCA notices and actions taken to enforce this policy.
